Large systems Support Per Month
This product is required for ALL customers that have more than 75 extensions on their system and are using our VoIP services.
The inluded support is as follows:
* During normal business hours (Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm Eastern): we will offer unlimited support to any user on the system.
* Outside normal business hours: Only emergency support is offered outside our normal business hours (see below).
* Emergency service: Emergency is defined by total system failure - all phones are down or no in/outgoing call.
* Emergency support will be rendered once we are notified by anyone that your entire system is down.
* Service will be rendered remotely 24 hours a day / 7 days a week.
*** To be clear, no support will be rendered after business hours or on weekends and holidays for individuals that their extension is not working.
