This support package is for products that are beyond their free one year of support period. If you purchased your product less than one year ago, enjoy our free technical support. This plan covers 3 months of remote support from the date the plan was purchased for up to 3 hours of multiple support tickets. The quarterly fee is automatically charged each quarter to the credit card on file. Please note that this is a yearly contract. This package does NOT cover re-programming a system due to network changes, moves, power failures, OS corruption etc.. Please note that this is NOT an extended warranty!!!
A 50% discount will be applied to any Telco Depot VoIP phone service subscriber.
