If you purchased your product less than one year ago, enjoy our free technical support. This plan covers a single support ticket and up to 1 hour of support or ANY portion of it. This package does NOT cover re-programming a system due to network changes, moves, power failures, OS corruption etc.. Please note that this is NOT an extended warranty!!!
