Allworx Interact™ applications provide control over an Allworx phone in an intuitive manner through the customer’s PC, improving personal productivity and efficiency.

Interact, a free application available to any Allworx user, displays the inbound caller’s name and number in a discrete pop-up, allowing the user to view and answer incoming calls from their PC. Interact Professional, a per-user licensed application, adds more information and control over current calls, parked calls, call history, and contacts via multiple applet windows.

One Interact Professional license is included at no charge with every server installed with 8.0 or higher.
