System Setup and Server Programming & 1 Year of Technical Support Package

This support package for your phone system purchase will include system server programming, so you will receive your phone system as "plug and play" and ready to perform directly from Telco Depot. Also included is 1 year of remote technical support with Telco Depot.

After you purchase this support plan, you will receive a system programming questionnaire from us that will allow you to provide us how you want your system programmed.

Support Package Includes:

• System Setup and Server Programming prior to shipment from our warehouse
• 1 Year of technical support via phone or chat.
• Support hours are Monday through Friday, 9am-6pm Eastern Standard Time. Please allow up to 24 hour response time for system adds, moves or changes.
• Please allow us up to 48-72 hours to program your system after we receive your completed questionnaire. If your require your system faster, please call us to ensure we can expedite your request.
