A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS
Know what you’re buying.
Can I buy five, seven, or nine phones?
Yes. Choose any whole number from 4 to 48. Each phone costs $155. Selected configuration adds $45 per phone. Your equipment total updates immediately.
What happens if I remove configuration?
You pay for the phones only. Telco Depot will not program your phone settings. You or your provider must configure the phones and connect them to a compatible system or hosted service before use.
Do I have to subscribe to Z-Cloud?
No. You can use a compatible existing phone system, an appropriate onsite server, or supported hosted service. Compatibility depends on the exact service and equipment, not just the provider’s name.
Can you compare my current bill with Z-Cloud?
Yes. Share your current provider, phone count, and monthly bill. We will quote a Z-Cloud plan for your business and explain the service, equipment, and configuration costs. You can buy the equipment without switching providers.
Are installation and annual support included?
Onsite installation, network work, cabling, monthly service, and an optional annual support plan are separate. The first 30 days of setup assistance cover the configuration supplied by Telco Depot. Your quote will explain the final coverage.
