This advanced feature from Telco Depot places your callers in order (queue) until the next available representative is available to take their call.

It is based on fist come first serve basis very similar to the line in your local cinema box office or the deli counter at your local grocery store.

The queued calls are connected to the next available representative in the order in which it was received, allowing you to serve your customers promptly, courteously, and efficiently. While on hold, periodically, the customer will be presented with his position in the queue and with the estimated waiting time as well. Custom music on hold or announcement will be played as well.

The total amount of callers that can wait in the queue will be determined by the number of total representatives you assign to handle the queue and the total amount of voice channels you can have.
