This support package is for products that are beyond their free one year of support period. If you purchased your product less than one year ago, enjoy our free technical support. This plan covers a month of remote support from the date the plan was purchased and provides unlimited support tickets. The monthly fee is automatically charged each month to the credit card on file. The plan can be cancelled at any time after the first 3 months. This package does NOT cover re-programming a system due to network changes, moves, power failures, OS corruption etc.. Please note that this is NOT an extended warranty!!!
